Job Description:

  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process
  • Evaluating the company's potential risks, and comparing potential risks and designing risk management with criteria
  • Monitoring the sources of Finance & Managing Risks.
  • Establishing the level of risk, the company are willing to take
  • Preparing risk management and insurance budgets
  • Creating business continuity plans to limit risks
  • Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company
  • Analysis weakness & threats of the company
  • Implement policies and conduct trainings that help reduce our company's overall risk
  • Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
  • Investigate and assess potential risks for assigned projects and accounts
  • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with all insurance and legal obligations
  • Work cooperatively with the risk team to minimize human, property, and financial risk
  • Review and assess all reports of suspicious account activity
  • Conduct fraud research and report on findings.
  • Systematic and Unsystematic finding & resolving.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • Any relevant professional degree/trainings from any renowned institution will be an added advantage.

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Expert-level analytical and Risk Management skills.
  • Proven experience in the financial industry;
  • Highly flexible with a strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office, especially in MS-Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills & Multi-tasking ability.
  • Proven knowledge in financial forecasting, corporate finance and risk analysis.
  • Comfortable using embedded gadgets for various tasks;
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue-based results
  • Excellent communication skills with a good sense of humor and IQ/EQ
  • A team player with good leadership skills
  • Capable of working in a very fast-paced environment.
