Job Description:

  • Achieve assigned wise sales target by maximizing sales activity with food products (fruits).
  • Sales planning and meet sales target.
  • Continue follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
  • Increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
  • Develop route wise product distribution plan and maintain a customer database.
  • Must have detail knowledge of Food products (fruits) and their leading brands in order to communicate all the information to customers.
  • Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan to solicit new businesses.
  • Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales Head in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our brands
  • Communicate extensively via telephone and email with key individuals/ customer to respond to their queries and follow up of new customers.
  • Monitor and report on activities of competitor and customer surveys and provide relevant information to management.
  • Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Must ensure the delivery of orders to the client in a timely manner.
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Must record all customers' record with credit details and ensure continuous follow up to clear all the outstanding amounts in agreed time.
  • Send an email to the visited client with the summary of all the discussion and quotation for items.

Educational Requirements:

  • Marketing Degree from any reputable institution

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • At least 3 year's sales experience of food product (fruits)
  • Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla), analytical skills & leadership capability.
  • Smart, Presentable and team player
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
