AGM/ DGM construction will work as construction manager of a good number of projects.
The role requires construction experience of high rise buildings & Construction of Govt. project in Bangladesh.
Lead, coordinate and manage construction activities of all the projects.
Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team
Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
Extensive knowledge of quality and quantity control.
Vast experience on execution of structural & finishing works.
Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for construction related issues.
Coordinate and negotiate engineering issues with various departments/consultants / contractors.
Preparing master work program, monthly work program, progress report, labor statement, work volume on the basis of work program, material delivery schedule etc.
To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staff for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
Technical report preparation.
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
