Job Description:

  • Chartered Account (CA Part-01 Compete) with significant experience in Garments manufacturing business.
  • Must have knowledge about BTB L/C, Loan, EDF Loan, etc.
  • Operational responsibility for treasury, foreign exchange, and letters of credit.
  • Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
  • Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
  • Update and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Must stay current with financial developments in foreign economies that affect clients and the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of foreign exchange processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in concert with Top Management and Bank.
  • Facilitate the development of credit processes and strategies.
  • Day to day financial management and control.
  • Management of relationships with banks, accountants, lawyers, and other professional advisors
  • Act as Head of Finance and Accounts.
  • Ensure that company financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
  • Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
  • Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, etc.
  • Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, including banks and accountants.
  • Maintain a policy manual for the finance department.
  • Work with human resources employees to secure candidates who will be an asset to the finance department.
  • Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • ICMA 1200 Marks Complete will get preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
  • Must have excellent knowledge in MS office program (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Excellent personality with a positive approach/ attitude.
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounting, Accounting, and Finance
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Garments, Group of Companies
