Job Description:

  • Generate sales and achieve the target as planned
  • Collect prospects from various sources to meet target and customer portfolio
  • Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients
  • Deal clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about the land to ensure sales
  • Follow-up with clients according to the customer database and update the progress
  • Maintain after-sales formalities including Application Form, Payment Schedule, Deed of Agreement

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent salesmanship
  • Result oriented
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Understanding of area and potential customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
