Job Description:

  • To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Compliance Department.
  • To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and
  • help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First
  • party & third party compliance audit.
  • Make an internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top
  • management regarding the improvement of the system
  • Prepare and organize the factories according to the buyer's standards
  • To perform day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave,
  • safety, recruitment,
  • Handling grievance according to labor law.
  • Maintain outside liaison with Govt. and non Govt. organization.
  • To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per the set
  • Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure and ensure that fair recruitment is
  • followed.
  • To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT
  • and allowances.
  • To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
  • Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization
  • as per management's directives.
  • To participate in Opening and Closing as per roaster made by factory Management.
  • Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
  • To perform special tasks or analysis as assigned by the management team

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor in any discipline
  • Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

Age 26 to 32 years
Only males are allowed to apply
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyers Compliance (BSCI,SEDX) ISO Audits, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/Leave
Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR
The applicants should have experience in the Sweater, Garments, Textile business area(s):
Sound knowledge on Labor law and factory Administration.
Good team player, Self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.
The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
Possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
Good Knowledge in Microsoft excel, word
Must be able to stay near a factory
