Job Description:

  • Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients
  • Attending complaints and queries made by customers through phone calls, emails, or other means
  • Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults
  • Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end
  • Logging in, following up, ticketing and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system
  • Testing new technologies
  • Communicate and Coordinate with Internal Departments
  • Follow Up on Customer Interactions

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc in CSE/ ETE or similar subject area from any reputed university
  • Cisco and other related certified or course completed will get preferences

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, Telecommunication
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the IT service industry preferably in ISP
  • Hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting
  • Good basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting
  • Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in speaking and writing English and Bangla
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player and enjoys work pressure
