Job Description:

5 DAYS A WEEK JOB, 8 AM - 5 PM

Educational Requirements:

  • Must be Graduate from any reputed University/ Institutions.

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Centre Supervision/ Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Call Center

Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • MUST have Call Center experience
  • Residents from Uttara, Tongi. khilkhet and within 5 KM of Uttara should ONLY Apply
  • Background history must be clean. A very thorough background check will be performed by a third party.
  • Police Clearance Certificate is a must.
  • Address and Employment verification will be performed by a third party.
  • Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good oral communication skill.
  • Good listening skill.
  • Analytical skill.
