To oversee the preparation of all accounts and financial reports for the Top Management.
To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
To do accounting research; manage the processes for financial forecasting; prepare and submit Annual Budget.
To manage accounting and financial systems.
To provide financial and accounting strategic advice, direction, and leadership.
To project the financial status by reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
To ensure compliance with financial legislation, policies, and procedures.
To develop and implement purchase policies.
To manage investments and reserves.
To manage Tax, VAT, Customs Duty, C&F Agent, LC, etc.
To have sound knowledge in private university/institute/hospital legal issues, a court of law matters, Joint Stock works, Stock Exchange works, etc.
To have sound knowledge in banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
To accomplish finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
