Develop short-term and long-term strategies for driving successful Credit Recovery action plans & profitable Leasing to effective recovery from credit customers.
Develop / update SoP for the Lease & Credit Collection functions.
Analyses of Financial & MIS data to ensure implementation of effective planning of collection methods.
Ensure adherence to the allocated budget, analyze variance & take corrective action Participate in the budgeting exercise and provide inputs on Lease & Credit annual cost analysis.
Ensure adherence to the Departmental SoP and establish SLA/ TAT for various processes in the team; interfaces with other Departments and for interfaces with customers.
Monitor and review the collections process and the amounts outstanding. Undertake timely corrective action plans to achieve target collection levels while ensuring adherence to defined policies
Lead the development of policies, procedures, and standards related to credit assessment, monitoring, and control.
Analysis and improvement of productive Seize operations methods, Pricing & Resale processes to increases business profitability.
Ensure the generation of daily sales outstanding report and circulate the same to the business unit head highlighting cases with significant delays.
Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on high-risk accounts with recommendations to solve them.
Conduct periodic review of MIS with bad debts and aging debtors' records and provide guidance for improvement; Report monthly collection/ Accounts Receivable status to the business unit head & Corporate Finance Head
Assist in the development and implementation of key HR and culture change initiatives
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
