Job Description:

Job Context
To explore management requirements and provide accurate and consistent management information and statistics internally and externally. Management Information Analyst tracks, analyzes and controls the costs and other management information arising from different operational processes like vendors` payment, commission payments`, cost benefit analysis, ROI, etc. The position is also responsible for forecasting expenditures, planning budgets, classifying costs by type, tracking man-hours allocated to a process, verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget. Management Information Analyst may perform these tasks alone, or they may work as part of a larger operations team. To add value and improve company`s operational efficiency by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach of management information system and to provide reasonable assurance to the management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure accuracy and timely supply of management information
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  • Review of business cases submitted by different department
  • Perform different ratio analysis like ROI, payback etc.
  • Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
  • Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
  • Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost
  • Collaborate with department heads to strategic ways to minimize waste
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of inter-dependency of cost drivers
  • Understand the entire arc of the business and ability to link cost, productivity and profitability
  • Commit to maximize efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
  • Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion
  • Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy in and cooperation
  • Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • Skills Required: Accounting, ACA/ ACMA

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Strategic Planning, Data Analysis

  • Age 25 to 40 years

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid networking and interpersonal skills
