Job Responsibilities
  • US expats will be coaching and training throughout the programme ..... LIVE !
  • This position is open to all BUT candidate must be fluent in ENGLISH

Educational Requirements:

  • A - Level/ NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, EAST WEST Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 5/6
  • Preferences will be given to people who have returned from Foreign Lands where English is the First Language.

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Centre Supervision/ Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 18 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN ENGLISH.
  • IELTS is a MUST (minimum score 5.5).
  • Preferences will be given to English medium background.
  • Experience with International Call Centre will get priority.
  • Purely Inbound process. Not a Sales campaign but previous experience in International/US sales campaign will get preference.
  • For Night Shift - Only Males can apply.
  • For Day Shift - Both Females and Males can apply.
