Implement online promotions for the right audience through digital media.
Monitor & evaluate ROI on Facebook, Google, Instagram & other channels.
Write, edit, and proofread copy of promotional materials for marketing campaigns both in English & Bengali.
Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and printers relevant to a specific promotion/campaign.
Work within a budget and report any overspend.
Ensure that the organization's brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Administer the website(s).
Reporting on digital marketing analytics such as Reach, Clicks, Engagement, Conversion, etc
Masters in any discipline, MBA in Marketing is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a Digital Agency, eCommerce, or Online Marketing company.
Excellent knowledge of copyrighting, idea generation, digital media, and online contest & campaign management.
The capability of handling social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Time management skills.
