Job Description:

  • He must be dynamic in presentation to clients who are the target of the company and will report directly to the management.
  • He must be capable to find out, select lead farmers, farmer's hub entrepreneur's in rural area & closely work with them.
  • Arrange general meeting in order to find out interested candidates to set up farmers' hub through sharing the specific business model.
  • Maintain market relationship with existing clients with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion the market of the relevant products.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target through agro input sales.
  • Provide technical assistance to Farmers Hub owner for growing quality seedling.
  • Building trustworthy & positive relationship with Farmers Hub owner.
  • Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts and operation of a particular area.
  • Follow up and resolve any Farmers Hub owner problems with as per guidelines.
  • Identify, research and develop new clients according to the sales forecasting.
  • Ensure timely supply of input, monitor input quality, and give improvement feedback to SEBA Agro Tech and seeds limited.
  • Analyze the market potentialities, competitor behavior, and market trends on a regular basis and report to the management for the operational plan.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals achieve Sales targets.
  • Responsible for implementing Sales Forecasts and Strategies.
  • Also Responsible for Credit Monitoring & Collection
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering in Agriculture
  • Diploma in Agriculture/Fresh graduate of any reputed institution. Qualification would be flexible in case of having experience in Agricultural vegetable production, product marketing, or rural Market development.

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Fresh/1 to 2 year(s) experience required.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Agro Input marketing, Corporate Marketing, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Must be capable to find out, select lead farmers, farmer's hub entrepreneur's in rural areas & closely work with them & achieve the monthly sales target through agro-input sales.
  • Must have experience in sales & marketing sector especially knowledge to work with Lead farmers, Entrepreneur's.
  • Ability to work for entrepreneurship development.
  • Ability to work comfortably with rural poor and marginalized Farmers.
  • Strong facilitation skill in farmers mobilization, capacity building and empowerment process
  • Adequate experience to manage job independently.
  • Has a good leadership and communications skill, both written and verbal.
  • Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS office
