Job Description:

  • Accomplish activates concerning administrative work of the organization.
  • Perform activities regarding recruitment and staffing.
  • Prepare and record daily attendances, leave management and personal confidential report for yearly increment and promotion.
  • Oversee daily maintenance of good housekeeping.
  • Check and manage effective use of office supply and stationary
  • Coordinate Company's legal issue with company's lawyer and keep file update.
  • Coordinate to developing of company's rules, planning and procedure.
  • Provide after-hours support in emergency situations.
  • Resolve internal conflict and strong relationship and effective communication between employee
  • Look after workers and employee Service benefit and working facilities including dispersal of wages and salary.
  • Identify employee motivational issue and work to improve on that
  • Coordinate between all departments regarding their manpower status.
  • Achieve financial objective by anticipating requirement
  • Prepare organogram and job description of the employee.
  • Organize training program.
  • Submitting information for budget preparation
  • Monitoring cost and expenditure
  • Workers provident fund
  • Arrange and procure training aid, contingency item with market verification.
  • Provide hands note supporting resources for it.
  • Evaluate result of training.
  • Any other task given by Management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Good documentation
  • HR Administration
  • Typing experience both Bangle and English

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
