KaiCom word we collect from two words, one is Kaizen (development), which is a Japanese word and another is Comfort ability which is the English word. Our motive is to make our society comfortable and continues development for better service through our product, service, and solutions. 
We have successfully conducted many Business matching and partnerships between Japanese and Bangladeshi companies. We explore our business and opportunity for both the country. 
 We are one of the most prolific NRB entrepreneurs in Japan having the head office in Japan and branch office in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Jessore). 
 We have started many business entities in Bangladesh focusing on Japanese companies and Japan, Such as investment support consulting firm , invested in Bangladesh High Tech Park authority, working as the software deployment consultant , and software development partner for a JICA funded government project under the ministry of energy, started a Japanese language school in Dhaka, started a service office business ( shared office ) for the Japanese investors. 
 We are also a member of the Japan-Bangladesh Committee for Commercial and Economic Co-operation (JBCCEC), Japanese Commerce & Industry Association in Dhaka. (JCIAD), (Dhaka Shoko Kai), Saitama Chamber of commerce and Industry (SCCI). 
 We are also one of the coordinators of Bangladeshi IT Professionals in Japan.
