Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual marketing & sales target for the organization.

Monitoring sales & collection activities of field forces.

Implements sales, marketing and product development programs.

Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans.

Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues in Sales and Marketing.

Organized, direct marketing and sales & strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmed are reviewed.

Report on marketing & sales activities to the top management.

Liaise with and persuade targeted Super Distributor utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost benefit analysis.

Management competencies, especially planning & organizing.

Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills, including the ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously while adhering to specified deadlines.
