Product growth/Innovation
 Our market research will continue to find out gaps in our offers for our customers. Product performance will be reviewed and lifecycles of products will be analyzed to determine launching of new products or repackaging of exiting products. By adding new values, we will add right appeal to our product shelf.
People and culture
 Employee engagements in various initiatives will be enhanced with the view to align them with Bank’s vision and strategy. Our efforts for improving work environment will continue and special focus will be there to let our female employees work at ease and contribute. People will be encouraged in ensuring compliance to bank’s policy and guidelines and there will be ‘Zero’ tolerance over any violation to code of conducts that the bank has announced and established.
Process re-engineering
 Reviews on current work process will be conducted on a regular interval and we will come up with revised process with the view to ensure a faster service to our customers. While our effort to improve service quality will continue but at the same time we will ensure to formulate the revisions and changes within the appropriate perspective of compliance.
