The authorized capital of the company is Tk.100,00,00,000.00 and the paid-up capital is Tk.43,11,01,440.00 It is a limited Company and listed with DSE & CSE in the years 199c4 and 1996 respectively. The Company has a network of 25 Branches all over the country covering all important business centers of the country.

The sponsors of the Company represent different business sectors of the country who felt the necessity of specialized service in the risk management of their own business enterprises as well as their peers in the business community. They also felt that the nationalized insurance sector would not be able to cater to the need of changing demand for an open market economy.
