Cityscape International Limited has a corporate team endowed with the heritage of a long entrepreneurial business background since the mid -60s of the last century. Over the years, as entrepreneurs, we have gathered experience in multiple businesses. Now we have emerged with the aim to grow to a new dimension on the Green frontier, where the interests of promoters and investors alike will be equitably integrated.
Rapid urbanization is putting a premium on open spaces. It’s a trend unlikely to change soon. The United Nations projects 70 percent of the world’s population will be a city- dwellers by 2050. With an urban future crowded by built-up environments, how will our cities live and breathe?
The answer, in Cityscape International Limited’s term, is in designing new approaches to Green urban spaces and buildings. Cityscape International Ltd. pioneered building the first LEED Platinum Certified commercial building in Bangladesh. Recognizing that our stakeholders, associates, and employees are our most valuable assets, we create a built environment that nurtures innovation, foster collaboration, and reward entrepreneurship.
The flagship project of the company – the Cityscape Tower – stands at Gulshan Avenue, the most prestigious location of Dhaka city. Our building stands out in quality and in the way we manage construction. We have already achieved certification of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2008 Environmental Management.
System and OSHAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. We also achieved ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management Systems and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. With so many quality standards under one roof, we make a clear statement to our clients: Cityscape International Ltd. takes a stand for the quality of service and commitment to building green.
