We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our business development operations, including market analysis, sales strategy development, and team management.
Job Responsibilities
Researching, analyzing, and optimizing sales processes to minimize operational stages and costs.
Managing the business development team to ensure that all lead information is stored in the CRM system, thus maintaining continuous prospecting.
Exploring and executing effective lead generation processes and sources to ensure the efficiency and quality of lead information.
Working with the content development team to study market trends, identifying actionable items, and preparing online and offline content to increase conversions.
Preparing sales and marketing strategies for current and future market trends, implementing new marketing methodologies, and building sales channels to maintain brand awareness and revenue generation.
Exploring and executing new sales channels to get maximum ROI through sales prospecting.
Maintaining different sales metrics of the company to analyze and execute necessary steps for the following fiscal year.
Executing any other on-demand tasks or projects envisioned by the higher-level management.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and team members.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in the software industry is a plus.
Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Proactive and self-driven to take initiative and follow through with tasks.
A team player who can work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Excellent time and project management skills to meet deadlines.
