Job Context
As the Finance Manager for Marketing and Supply Chain, the incumbent has a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making in these key areas. Close collaboration will be required with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, to drive financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and budgets for the Marketing and Supply Chain departments
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales revenue, marketing spend, supply chain costs, and profitability
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Conduct financial evaluations of new product launches, marketing campaigns, and supply chain projects to assess their financial viability and potential return on investment
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Marketing and Supply Chain departments
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within Marketing and Supply Chain operations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 36 years
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance role, preferably within the marketing and supply chain functions
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Solid understanding of marketing and supply chain concepts, cost structures, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
