Job Description:

• Preparing Cash Voucher, Bank Voucher, and Journal Vouchers.
• Maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Party Ledger/all books of Accounts
• Preparing Bank Re-conciliation, Monthly Trail Balance.
• Debtor & Creditor Re-consultation Statement, Profit & Loss Account Statement, Cash Flow Statement.
• Must have Knowledge About VAT & TAX Calculation-Individual & Company.
• Create, install, and/or monitor inventory management system.
• Making arrangements for the removal of excess or unused material from the project.
• Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Must have Knowledge of Software Tally ERP9
• Receiving cash & cheques from all receivables and depositing the cash & cheques in at bank account.
• Any other job assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:

• BBA/Masters/MBA in Accounting
• Skills Required: Excellent Accounting Knowledge, Leadership and Good Communication skills., MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

• Age at most 35 years

• Experience in rental sales accounts and its' related field
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
