PRAN-RFL Group is looking for Art Director for their in-house creative department, who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a team that focuses on and is themselves highly skilled in executing key digital experiences
Be an "expert" brand builder and creative idea generator for the brands and businesses that you are working on
Develop creative concepts that align with strategy & creative briefs, media opportunities, technical specifications, production plans, QA, and execution briefings
Work collaboratively with Designers, Copywriters to build exceptional user and brand experiences
Bring conceptual thinking and interactive design leadership to the organization to continually enhance the visual of the Brand
Build relationships and trust with business marketing organizations
Stay current with the latest in media innovation, technology, and design trends - continually bring this to creative discussions to push the Brand forward
Mentor and advise designers, and creative organizations at large, bringing digital thinking to the table at all creative discussions
Ownership of delivering exceptional creative work on time
Educational Requirements:
5+ years of work experience in any advertising or creative agency
Strong understanding of social storytelling and content creation utilizing established and emerging and emerging platforms to concept and develop original content, behind-the-scenes content, high-engagement posts, blog posts, and social experiments
Ability to build out mock-ups, user flows, prototypes
Experience directing and styling photo shoots
Client-facing presentation skills a plus
Possesses attention to detail, can work independently, and multi-task
BFA/MFA/Bachelors' degree in any discipline from a reputed organization
