Job Description:

• Fire risk assessment and take necessary action to resolve it.
• Ensure and prepare the fire-related issues as per the fire authority
• Lead a team of technical persons
• Make the factory compliant regarding fire issues.
• Make the factory ready to face audit (Alliance, Accord, etc).
• Co-coordinating Fire Drill.
• Update of as-built Drawing (CFDS & FPS).
• Making Testing & Commission Reports as per buyer requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning work of CFDS.
• Update Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis checklists of Fire Detection & Protection Systems.
• Supervise fire-rated door installation & maintenance work.
• Work distribution and follow-up of work.
• Make necessary CAP of the factory.
• If required attend the meeting with Alliance, Accord, consultant, Vendors, etc.
• Make necessary requisition and estimate of fireworks.
• Bill receives from the vendors/contractors and after evaluation sends it to head office.
• Prepare the entire document for 90 days monitoring report as per the requirement of NIRAPON related to CFDS issues'.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
• Preferred Professional Certification: Fire Safety Manager Course from FSCD
• Skills Required: AutoCAD, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Safety Management

• Age 28 to 40 years

• The Incumbent must have strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
