Job Description:
Job Context
This position is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding amounts from customers through maintaining a very good relationship with honorable customers.
Job Responsibilities
- To meet the collection targets that are periodically set by management.
- To be responsible for debt and cash collection in relation to business sales.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
- Client Follow-Up for the Purpose of Collection.
- Sending emails to the client for the purpose of collecting overdue fees and registration costs.
- Regularly updating MIS software.
- Customer Follow-Up for New Sales Following Payment.
- Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Communication, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection, Credit Recovery, real estate recovery - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
