Job Description:

Job Context
  • Place of Posting: Head Office (Dhaka), Pabna & Cox`s Bazar
  • If your are not mentally prepared for shifting outside Dhaka, don`t apply

Job Responsibilities
  • Delivery of materials according to requisition order of concerned authority.
  • Preparing challan and check the inner carton before the delivery to ensure appropriate delivery
  • Updating daily stock record on regular basis in the register as well in the system
  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders properly
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly
  • Prepare other required reports onreceipt anddelivery on regular basis
  • Ensure properplanning, coordinating and monitoring on receipt and delivered materials
  • Maintain store ledger and keep it updated all time
  • Ensure general control on over all activities in the Department
  • Prepare inventory plan based on the use forecast and raise materials requisition accordingly
  • Effectively manage and utilize store space and arrange them in an orderly and easy accessible manner
  • Responsible for effective monitoring system and supervise labor functions in the store
  • Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively
  • Conduct physical stock checking and verify withupdated inventory/stock statement
  • Understand and support store operations, policies and procedures and ensure effective co-ordination with all concerned departments related to store operation

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • Candidate who having Diploma in Engineering will get preference

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Store/ Inventory
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Engineering Firms

Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 38 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
  • Good command in computer operating, especiallyin MS word, Excel, Power Point& Internet
  • Ability to operate computer system to generate and analyze reports, manage inventory and updates
  • Ability to work late hours during delivery and receiving of goods
