Job Description:

• Prepare the factory to conduct an audit;
• Co-operation with the auditor during factory visits;
• Factory visit to ensure compliance issues;
• Ensuring all kinds of Health and safety;
• Ensuring fire safety-related work;
• Conducting fire drills and following up accordingly
• Follow up electrical safety-related work;
• Root cause analyzing and trying to remove any problems;
• Try to remove audit findings;
• Implementation of buyer's requirement;
• Implementation of factories and buyer's COC;
• Help to buildup good interpersonal relations with workers and management;
• Monitor and inspire to take corrective measures to reduce factory wastage;
• Regularly follow up on the personal file, salary sheet, benefits, compensation
• related documents;
• Take an awareness class for workers about fire safety, health, and safety, electrical
• safety, product safety, environmental safety, etc;
• Provide training for Ethical, Technical, Security, and other issues;
• Arrange first aider training by company doctor;
• Keep grievance records properly with necessary corrective action;
• Motivate employees and workers about the company's rules, regulations, and policies;
• Follow up on all other departments' work if there are any corruptions;
• Ensuring PPE in all hazardous areas and aware employee about its proper uses;
• Follow up and arrange all kinds of COC, Posters; Stickers, etc are posted as per
• instructions;
• Follow up and arrange all types of compliance-related marking/sing;
• Follow up and ensure all types of necessary documents are related with
• all kinds of Audits;
• Any other additional task assigned by the company management.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 30 years
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Sound Knowledge in Computer operation.
• Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Must have sound knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws & rules.

• At least 2 year(s)
