Job Description:

Job Context
This position will be responsible to assist Project Manager in different assigned activities, Overseeing & monitoring the staff & field operations, Procuring materials & provide logistics support in order to run the activity smoothly

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Community-Based Protection Staff (CGF, Outreach, Information Service, and Center)
  • Work on site selection and approval process for implementing the project as well as look after the construction
  • Work as a focal person of Community Based Protection
  • Ensure govt. liaison in the internal and external levels
  • Writes and submits comprehensive monthly quantitative and narrative reports, specific activity reports, and any other reports when necessary to his supervisor in a timely manner
  • Supervises staff members and builds capacity
  • Participates in camp committee meetings
  • Coordinate the field operation of all the community centers and information points as well
  • Make referrals and follow up on urgent cases of individuals with specific needs referred by info staff to partners, UNHCR, and other service providers with an aim to find the best possible solutions for the individual cases
  • Provides logistics and other support on a regular basis
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, "Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)" or any discipline from any recognized university

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 18 years
  • Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
  • Communication & Coordination Skills

  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
  • Experience in writing brief narrative reports
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
